About

Once upon a few years ago, three smart women left fashion, TV and broadcasting for a “quiet life in the country”.

Amy

Amy had spent 5 years in London as brand marketing manager for Laura Ashley, sunning herself on exotic fashion shoots yet found herself setting up a surf camp in Costa Rica before moving back to her roots in Devon and building her very own Grand Design.

She has since worked as a freelance PR and has built excellent relationships with regional and national journalist working across a variety of areas. Her expertise lies in pitching press releases and securing coverage across print press, online and bloggers.   She works passionately to identify creative ways of telling your story and launching your brand.

Caroline

Caroline was a decade into press and PR at BSkyB when country life beckoned. Leaving behind big-budget channel and programme launches, she renovated a wreck, opened a holiday cottage and planted a vineyard in rapid succession. Casting about for an other project to maintain the insanity, she decided to do her old job as well as her new ones.

Caroline is equally happy working on a PR campaign or writing copy. Whether your business needs press promotion or a revitalised website, she has the creativity and experience to talk or write about you and your business with an accessible, easy-going style that engages the reader while staying true to your brand values.

Jess

Jess had been running around the country working in TV production, corporate comms and broadcast journalism for a long time when a moment of clarity on an iceberg in Antarctica lead her to abandon the media circus for a small cottage on Dartmoor and a new career in copywriting.

Today, Jess brings her inside knowledge of the media and skilled writing style to provide concise, targeted copy designed to compel, story-tell and sell.  She also provides branding advice, writes articles for print and PR, ghost-blogs, edits speeches and presentations and revitalises communications and marketing.

Contact Jess for creative yet simple solutions to better promote your business – and for a helping hand in making some of it happen.

Some years on, husbands accumulated and children in tow, Amy, Caroline and Jess met over coffee and cake and decided this quiet life could do with a bit of shaking up.

Bonding over “the good life” but excited by a new challenge, Wire Creative was born.
